Miriam Foley

Miriam Foley’s practice focuses primarily on private and public mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private equity and hedge fund investments and corporate restructurings. In addition, she counsels clients with respect to commercial lending transactions, public offerings of debt instruments and private placements of debt and equity securities. Ms. Foley also provides advice with respect to commercial contracts, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Ms. Foley received her B.Soc.Sc. with honors in 1984 from University College Dublin and her J.D. in 1996 from the New York University School of Law.
